There are over 100 pages in all including the most common road junction scenarios (see list below), road signs and markings and show me tell me questions. These brilliant driving instructor lesson plans are designed as a teaching aid for all driving instructors and trainee ADI’s. The format is designed to be easy to use for both driving instructor and client. The diagrams do not cover every eventuality and every scenario, but you can use them to illustrate different scenarios eg you could ask “if the vehicle was closer to the junction how would that affect whether you think it’s safe to go?” In order to promote client-centred learning, the majority of diagrams also include some key questions that the driver should be asking and which you as a driving instructor can use to prompt your trainee. For instance, instead of an instruction – “Make sure you look both ways” it asks “Where should I be looking?”. This makes these driving instructor lesson plans ideal for use by experienced instructors as well as if you are a PDI as ADI part 3 lesson plans. The Q&A section includes questions for discussion with the pupil to help them to think about not only what they should do but why. No answers are provided as often there is not one correct answer – the questions are there more to promote thinking than to test knowledge. Realy good buy, clear images, not t0o much information to confuse the learner. Can annotate on the book and reuse it with dry wipe markers. Would reccommend 100 percent.

Good service, excellent quality
I unfortunately did not had a very good experience. Firstly the book was recommended by a fellow PDI. I didn’t find it useful at all. There are many other apps and resources available which are far better than this. Not at all worth £60 paid. My training centre provided me with one, and is many times more helpful.
Secondly due to some technical issues i wasn’t delivered the book at my address. Upon approaching the company with the issue, i was given no response or help of any sort. I had to resolve the issue on my own. Very disappointed and will not recommend to anyone.
Reply: I’m pleased that you have now received your book. You did contact us about a problem with delivery. The “technical issue” you mention was that you didn’t put your correct delivery address when completing your order. We emailed you on 22nd November (the same day that you contacted us) to notify you that this was the cause of the problem. So it’s not actually true to say that we made no response.
In terms of the quality of the book, maybe your view is affected by the problems with delivery. Clearly your fellow PDI thought highly enough of the book to recommend it to you:)
Perfect. I use these training manuals every day and are extremely useful. Having been an instructor for many years, I think these are currently one of the best training aids currently available and this is my third. I would highly recommend these to any instructor, particularly newly qualified.
